What does the $149 a month include?

A website designed for your business with up to five standard pages, hosting and a security certificate while you're subscribed, forms that send inquiries to you, routine maintenance, and up to two small content updates each month. These are proposed terms; we confirm them in writing before you subscribe.

Is the preview really free?

Yes. You only pay if you choose to subscribe. We review every request and can't take on every business.

Is there an upfront cost?

No build fee. Billing is month to month at $149.

How do I ask for changes?

Email us the change and we'll handle it. We'll agree a turnaround with you before you subscribe. New pages and bigger changes are quoted separately.

Who owns my domain and content?

You own your domain and pay its registration. You keep the rights to the text, logos and photos you give us. The underlying design system and code stay ours, and you're licensed to use the site while you're subscribed.

What happens if I cancel?

You can cancel any time, effective at the end of your paid month. Hosting ends then, but you keep your domain and your content. Details on refunds, exporting content and transfers will be in the published terms.

Are there other charges?

Only if you ask for more than the plan covers, such as new pages, a major redesign or extra services. We'll quote those before doing any work.
